Terms & Conditions GTR88 – The Complete Platform Usage Guide

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "User") and GTR88 (hereinafter referred to as "GTR88", "we", or "our platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, using any of our services, or accessing the GTR88 platform at gtr88.biz, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register for or use the GTR88 platform. Continued use of the GTR88 platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register and use GTR88's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration
• Being legally competent to enter into a binding contract
• Not subject to any legal prohibition on using online gambling services
• Registering on your own behalf only and not on behalf of any third party
• Never previously banned from GTR88 for any reason

GTR88 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Required documents may include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other official identification. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or closure of your account.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) GTR88 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to:

• Using the full name exactly as it appears on your official identification document
• Providing a valid, active email address and a valid Malaysian phone number
• Setting a strong password and keeping it confidential from others

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please contact GTR88 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

All financial transactions at GTR88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The deposit methods accepted by GTR88 are as follows:

• DuitNow (Instant Transfer)
• FPX – Maybank2u
• FPX – CIMB Clicks

The minimum deposit at GTR88 is RM 20. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. The daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for standard accounts and RM 200,000 for Platinum and Diamond VIP accounts.

Withdrawals will be processed within 1–24 hours depending on the chosen payment method and account verification status. GTR88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal in order to prevent fraud and money laundering.

GTR88 offers various promotions and bonuses from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. The following general terms apply to all GTR88 bonuses:

• All bonuses must meet the stated rollover requirements before a withdrawal can be made
• Welcome bonuses are exclusively for new registrations with no prior GTR88 account
• GTR88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time
• Bonus abuse — including registering multiple accounts to take advantage of offers — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure
• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses within the specified qualifying period
• Unused bonus value that expires within the validity period (30 days from the date of credit) will be forfeited automatically

The GTR88 VIP Programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP tier upgrades are based on cumulative wagering amounts within a specified time period. GTR88 reserves the right to review and adjust VIP eligibility criteria from time to time.

Specific betting rules for each sport and game are detailed in their respective sections on the GTR88 platform. The following general rules apply across all betting categories:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except in cases of proven technical error
• In the event of a manifest odds error (where odds deviate significantly from market value), GTR88 reserves the right to void the affected bets
• Bets placed after the acceptance deadline (after a match has started for pre-match bets) are void
• For matches that are cancelled, postponed, or fail to reach completion within the stipulated timeframe, bets will be fully refunded unless otherwise stated
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each market and are subject to change depending on the match and market conditions

For Malaysia Super League and EPL football matches specifically, if a match is postponed and not resumed within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets will be refunded. For Live Casino games, the result announced by the dealer is considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GTR88 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Identity fraud — using another person's personal information without their consent
• Money laundering — using the GTR88 platform for money laundering activities in any form
• Match fixing — using software, bots, or any automated method to gain an unfair advantage
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts or collaborating with others to exploit bonus offers
• Hacking or cyberattacks — attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt the GTR88 platform
• Syndicate betting — collaborating with external parties to influence or manipulate match outcomes
• Using a VPN to spoof your location — using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for fraudulent purposes

GTR88 takes the privacy and security of members' data very seriously. The GTR88 platform is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure that all your personal data and financial information is transmitted securely.

Personal information you provide to GTR88 will only be used for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and account management
• Processing of financial transactions
• Sending service communications and promotions (where you have given your consent)
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• GTR88 service improvements

If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud or a breach of terms, your net balance (after deducting any pending bets) will be returned to you within 7 business days. However, if the closure is due to fraud or a serious breach of terms, GTR88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and bonuses without compensation.

GTR88 provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly 24/7, GTR88 does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or fully protected against cyber threats.

GTR88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from:

• Unavoidable technical disruptions or platform downtime
• Loss of internet connection on the user's end while a bet is being processed
• Betting decisions made based on inaccurate information from external sources
• Unauthorised use of your GTR88 account resulting from your own negligence

GTR88's maximum liability to any member within any 30-day period is limited to the net amount deposited by that member during the same period.

GTR88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the GTR88 website. We will endeavour to notify members of material changes via email or an in-platform notice.

Your continued use of the GTR88 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account by contacting GTR88 support.
